I grew up in Sonoma County, but spent over a decade in San Francisco dedicated to the non-profit sector, supporting adults with disabilities while pursuing my passion for music. Though my service to others was deeply rewarding, I felt a gentle calling toward a more tactile form of healing. This led me to the National Holistic Institute, where I completed a comprehensive 900-hour program in 2016. Returning to my roots in Sonoma County, I established my private practice, Heart In Hands Bodywork, to provide a space for holistic recovery and peace. Each day, the positive transformation I witness in my clients reaffirms that my transition into bodywork was the right path. I remain inspired by the profound healing power of connection and touch.
Outside of the studio, my life is filled with the music and the beauty of the outdoors. You can often find me hiking, swimming, or cycling through our beautiful landscape. Most importantly, I cherish every moment spent with my wonderful husband, our two children, and our dear friends who feel like family.

I came to Nicole with a chronic shoulder injury, barley able to lift my arm. She approached my injury with a holistic approach. Not only did she work her healing magic physically, but she suggested things I could do for myself in the time between when I might visit her (stretches and healing topical treatments). I am happy to say that I have much more mobility today than I have had in years, and my pain is non-existent. She is kind and professional. You can tell that she is interested in healing her clients and ensuring they are receiving the care they need. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who seeks to improve their health and/or just needs a relaxing self care day!

Nicole is a healer and her bodywork is one of the most effective work I’ve had the privilege of experiencing. She’s so passionate about her work and continues to learn new methods and modalities. I cannot recommend this TMJ and lymphatic massage enough. I went in with significant jaw tension, facial tightness, and chronic migraines , and left feeling lighter, clearer, and noticeably more relaxed.
Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable about TMJ and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel completely at ease.
She worked not just on my jaw, but also my neck, face, and lymphatic pathways, and the difference was immediate. My jaw had more range of motion, the pressure in my head decreased, and I could literally feel the inflammation go down.
If you struggle with TMJ, migraines, or facial tension, this is absolutely worth it. I will 100% be booking again.
